JIA Office provides trainings for the volunteers from each District Committee to learn how to organize a work camp. After that, the participants organize trainings in their own District Committee to train more volunteers to be leaders of work camp. The contents of the trainings by JIA Office are: 

-    Knowledge on leprosy, leprosy affected villages, stigma against leprosy, history of work camp, history of JIA, etc.

-    Skills on setting up project team, making preliminary visit and needs assessment, organizing promotion on leprosy to recruit new volunteers, how to divide the works during work camp, financial management, fund-raising, etc.

-    Understanding on oneself mainly by sharing personal experiences on life, work camps, difficulties, future, etc.
